Events and travel management executive Christie Sherman appointed as Groupize Customer Success Manager to further deliver successful results for corporate clients and their Travel Management Partners

Sherman will work closely with partners to showcase the company’s commitment to customer delight, primarily through simple deployments of the Groupize technology which results in successful user adoption and customer retention. As a leader on the team responsible for user support, she will be responsible for customer strategy and satisfaction for a set number of corporate clients and Travel Management Partners.
Sherman has an impressive background in meetings and event technology, most recently at Event Travel Management (ETM) North America, a division of CTM where she served as the National Director of Operations. She also brings a deep understanding of the planner role, as prior to her time at ETM she was a Corporate Meeting Planner for a leading pharmaceutical company. The combination and depth of her event management, meeting technology and travel management company experience will benefit Groupize customers at every step of their journey.
