The Groupize Employee Culture is built around doing what’s right. All that we do is done in the spirit of company culture, holding ourselves accountable to be measured to the highest standards of ethical business conduct. By committing to uphold ourselves to high standards and big achievements, we are able to hire great people, produce a great product and advancements to the meeting industry, thus attracting great customers - who we treat like family. By respecting our employees, users, partners, third parties and all who come into contact with Groupize, we are better able to support each other down the path to mutual success.

Honesty and Integrity:

Harassment, Discrimination, and Bullying:
At Groupize, we are committed to forbidding and effectively responding to discrimination, harassment and bullying in any form whether it be verbal, physical, or visual. If you believe that you have been a victim of any of those things, we encourage you to report the incident to your supervisor right away. Likewise, supervisors and managers who were told about these incidents should report to Human Resources and they will take the proper actions necessary.
