About the Role:

Groupize is looking for a Sales Representative who is ready to uncover top level business and contribute to the sales’ team’s success, while providing a superior customer relationship experience. Your primary responsibility will be to establish new, prospective and/or current customers. The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious with excellent communication skills and can thrive in a challenging, but fun work environment. As a Sales Representative, you will have the chance to help the company increase its market share and expand the existing client base. This position reports to the CEO but will work closely with the Sales Team on a frequent and daily basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Key player in a collaborative sales organization
  • Qualify and respond to inbound sales leads
  • Conduct discovery calls and lead product demo’s
  • Follow Groupize sales playbook
  • Assist prospects and clients with ROI, business cases and outcomes
  • Manage RFP submissions for prospects
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for prospects in assigned territories; direct and channel partners
  • Sending of proposals, work orders and contracts thru all stages of a sales lifecycle
  • Manage follow up cadence for proposals and contracts issued
  • Sell to customers of named account channel partners
  • Occasional support for SolEx sales
  • Prospecting of target customers
  • Participation in regional industry events
  • Use of company systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Uplead and more
  • Manage or collaborate with marketing team on follow up cadence and/or campaigns
  • Provide day to day support for forecasting, pipeline management, and report generation for the Sales operations team as required
